Can the Ashes To Go Inc. Tray Fit Any Fireplace?

Most manufactured fireplaces are 36 inches wide and 17 inches deep. Our tray was designed to fit specifically into fireplaces of this size. It easily fits any standard wood-burning fireplace at least 17 inches deep and has a regular-sized removable grate.

Can I Use Hot Coals or Ashes with the Ashes To Go Inc. Tray?

You should never use or transport hot coals with the Ashes To Go Inc. tray. Only use the tray after the coals and ashes have completely cooled.

Can Heat from the Fire Damage the Tray?

Our tray is made of galvanized 18-gauge steel that can withstand heat reaching over 700 degrees Fahrenheit without warping or losing its finish. The average fireplace cannot create that level of heat.

Our fireplace tray comes with a five-year guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. Any tray found damaged due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced at no extra charge.
